Damian Smikle is Co-founder and lead Managing Partner of Community Blooming Realty where he focuses on investment strategies, value-add opportunities, organizational development, fundraising, market analysis. Previously, Damian served as a High Yield Associate Portfolio Manager at AllianceBernstein, where he worked with a team tasked with investing over $65 billion in assets. Prior to AllianceBernstein, he was a High Yield Associate Credit Analyst at Moody’s Investors Service where he worked on deals in aggregate of over $10 billion. In addition, Damian is also an avid speaker; covering topics including entrepreneurship, investing, business, and planning for the future. His desire to invest in real estate and establish Community Blooming rests on his illustrious history around the industry since the age of 12. He firmly believes that everyone should live in comfort regardless of their financial background. Damian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business. He currently splits his time between Columbus, OH, and Brooklyn, NY.
